DeVouch is a decentralized platform that enhances trust in Ethereum project funding through blockchain-based attestations. It leverages Attester Groups, which are identified by on-chain attestation data from EAS.
These groups consist of addresses holding the same types of attestations issued by a recognized authority.
Key activities include:
Project validation: Trusted attesters vouch for or flag projects.
Community-driven vetting: Diverse project evaluations from decentralized groups.
Informed funding: Transparent endorsements guide funding decisions.
It aims to create a trusted, transparent funding ecosystem through peer-reviewed assessments.
Lately, we’ve been diving into various projects that have truly fueled our creativity and excitement. ✨
We’ve been busy creating visuals for some of our key initiatives, like Praise, Devouch and q/acc, by helping these projects stand out and communicate effectively with the community.
We're excited to announce that we have been working on a RetroPGF website that will serve as a hub for the community to stay updated on all things related to retroactive public goods funding rounds in the Web3 space. This site will provide information, updates, and insights about ongoing and upcoming rounds, ensuring that the community is well-informed and engaged with the development and support of public goods within the Ethereum ecosystem and beyond.
In addition to all of this, we've been continually pushing the boundaries with our creative output, making sure that every project we touch gets the attention it deserves.

EAS is a system for creating and verifying attestations (cryptographic proofs of claims like identity, certification, or agreements) on the Ethereum blockchain, removing the need for intermediaries and establishing decentralized trust.
Key features:
Allows for flexible, multi-layered attestations with metadata.
Attestations are stored immutably using smart contracts.
Built for scalability, supporting complex interactions across different industries.
Core concepts:
Issuance: A party issues an attestation linked to a claim or subject.
Verification: These claims are verified using cryptographic signatures, ensuring integrity without relying on intermediaries.
Revocation: Attestations can be revoked, keeping the system transparent.
Applications of EAS:
Identity verification: Attestations can verify identities without central authorities.
Certificates and licenses: Institutions can issue certificates (like educational credentials) that can be independently verified on-chain.
Proof of knowledge/claims: Ensures accountability by issuing and verifying claims like proof of knowledge.
In a nutshell, EAS is highly flexible, supporting various data types and metadata, making it adaptable to a wide range of use cases.
It is also developer-friendly, offering tools for smart contract integration, allowing developers to seamlessly embed trust mechanisms into their decentralized applications (dApps).
This makes EAS an essential component for building decentralized systems that require verifiable, trustless claims.
🔄 Pairwise is currently refining and preparing its app for the upcoming Optimism Retro Round 5 voting, which will start soon. The team is focused on optimizing the voting experience to ensure a smooth process for badge holders.
💜 Giveth recently concluded its GIV-a-Palooza QF round, empowering projects through community nominations by Giver NFT holders. Additionally, Giveth has launched the GIVbacks V2 Experiment, where every $5 donation to a verified project could win donors up to 250,000 $GIV !
Praise has just launched a Farcaster Bot that allows you to publicly recognize the contributions of others. After sending praise, you can also mint an attestation using EAS.
