As we reflect on the past year, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the projects that have made it such a memorable and successful one for our team. We've been fortunate to work on a wide range of exciting and meaningful projects.
In this section of our end-of-year review, we'll be highlighting some of our most memorable projects from 2022. So let's jump right in and take a closer look at what we've been up to this past year.
This year, we helped to bring the TE Academy to life. This comprehensive education and certification program is designed to provide students around the globe with the skills and knowledge they need to become experts in the field of token engineering.
Our team was responsible for building the course platform and implementing the frontend and backend, as well as integrating third-party services. Our goal was to create a user-friendly platform that would provide students with the best possible experience when signing up for courses and earning their certifications.
TE Academy was launched during Devcon in October of 2022, and study group members had early access starting back in September. We are thrilled to have played a role in bringing this important and innovative program to life and we look forward to seeing its continued growth and success in the coming years.
ENS Merch Shop was another major project for us this year. Our goal for the ENS Merch Shop was to create a smooth and hassle-free ordering experience, and we believe we achieved that. Currently, the only item available in the shop is a black dad hat with a custom name on the front and a blue ENS logo on both sides. Only the owner of the name can order a hat with that name, so make sure to grab one for yourself if you own an ENS domain. When you visit the shop, you'll be able to connect your wallet and select the domain you want on your merch.
We are grateful for the opportunity to support the ENS brand and community in this way and look forward to continuing to do so in the future including having more merch drops, so stay tuned!
2022 has truly been a year of Praise in every sense of the word. As a team, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to acquire Praise as a standalone product from the Commons Stack and begin working on it.
Praise is a tool that helps communities recognize and reward valuable contributions in a bottom-up, community-driven manner. It can recognize any contribution, big or small, and even those that are made outside of any specific platform. By using Praise, communities can foster greater collaboration, participation, and engagement among their members. It also provides analysis and insights to help communities understand their activity and growth. Praise allows communities to reward contributors in various ways, including through monetary or non-monetary rewards, and has a range of export formats and distribution strategies available.
We have seen firsthand the positive impact that Praise can have on communities, such as Giveth, GnosisDAO, and the Token Engineering Commons and we are excited to continue this work in 2023 (see more on this below). We believe that Praise has the power to bring people together, recognize & reward decentralized contributions, and create a more equitable, connected and supportive organization.
As a proud member of the Giveth Galaxy, we are dedicated to supporting the various organizations and projects within the ecosystem. In 2022, we were able to assist Giveth Galaxy in a variety of ways, providing design, development, parameterization, and communications support to help them achieve their missions and goals.
Looking ahead, we are excited to continue our collaboration with the amazing organizations and projects within the Giveth Galaxy. Our goal is to make a positive impact in the world through our efforts, and we are committed to providing top-quality support and expertise to help them achieve even greater success in the coming years. Together, we can create a brighter future for all.

More products
In 2023, we will be introducing many new products, the most prominent being the Pairwise Voting System, a novel voting mechanism designed to make it easier for users to signal their preferences and make informed decisions. Similar to the way users of dating apps like Tinder make decisions, Pairwise voting presents users with pairs of options and asks them to choose the one they prefer. It can be used in various contexts, such as community governance or project funding, and will be implemented through a website and open-source code compatible with all Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains. The development of Pairwise voting will be fully open source. Stay tuned for more updates on this and other exciting products coming in 2023.
More Praise
Praise is an important aspect of building community and recognizing the contributions of others. That's why we are scaling up our Praise offering and spinning off a new dedicated team to make it succeed. We believe that Praise has the power to motivate and inspire people to do their best work, that’s why we’ll be focusing on deploying Praise to as many organizations and DAOs as we can.

We believe that this new marketplace will be a great way to bring people together and support the causes that matter to them.
